We are so very excited for your upcoming appointment!
Please read through the information below to make your check in process as easy as possible.
LOCATION
The Aesthetic Co. is located at:
12655 Birmingham Highway, Suite 303
Alpharetta, Georgia 30004
We are in Building 1 (The building with Starbucks!) On the 3rd floor.


PARKING
Parking is available in the lot directly in front of our building. There are 3 spots that are indicated for “10 minutes only” - if necessary, you can park here for your appointment, (even if your appointment is longer than 10 minutes), usually without issue. There is ALSO a parking deck located to the LEFT of entrance next to HYDE Brewing. It is easy to miss, but if the parking lot is full, there is always space available and there is no fee or validation required.
EFFORTLESS ARRIVAL
The entrance to the building is to the right of the ground level exterior signage. Walk into the double doors, you will be in a small, elevator lobby. Press the bottom (only) button for the elevator and once inside, press 3 and enjoy your ride to the third floor.
The ‘back’ elevator doors open directly up to our signature teal door.


INNOVATIVE CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, you will utilize your personalized code provided to you in your appointment notification (this is the last 4 digits of your phone number) to access the reception area and the private treatment suites. No more wasting time in crowded waiting rooms! If the lobby door is already open, please apply the following instructions to the “Treatment Suites” door, your code and access instructions are identical for both doors!

PRIVATE ACCESS
★ Upon approaching the door, the handle display may appear all black.
★ To ‘wake’ the keypad, press the white, round YALE button at the top.
★ This should illuminate the touchpad.
★ Type in your 4 digit code followed by the ✓ (checkmark icon).
★ If you receive an error sound, or are not granted access, start over again by pressing the YALE button at the top.
TROUBLESHOOTING
★ If you are still not able to gain access - do not worry! You can press the doorbell button to the left of the door in case of an emergency.
★ This will ring somenone directly and we will communicate with you through the doorbell.
★ Please be patient, as we may be with another patient and will need a few minutes!
PERSONALIZED CARE
Upon entry to the reception area, you will see a personalized basket on the counter that has been prepared just for you. Inside, you will find any items you may need prior to, during, or after your appointment. Included will be clear and helpful instructions to guide you through your preparation process!
SAFETY & PRIVACY
Only patients with a scheduled appointment have controlled and limited access to our exclusive treatment suites. This exclusive access allows our patients to enjoy both a relaxing and secure experience.
