Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Aesthetic Company! We’re committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients and providers. To ensure this, please note the following policies regarding reservations and cancellations:

  1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: As a courtesy to our providers and other patients, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

  2. Payment Information: A deposit is required for certain premium treatments, which can be secured with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.

  3. Acknowledgment of Cancellation Fee: By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. Your electronic signature at the time of booking serves as acknowledgment that if you fail to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may be charged to the card we have on file.

  4. Late Arrivals: We value punctuality to ensure each client receives a full service. Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee the full length of your service, and in some cases, we may need to reschedule. If you’re running late, please contact us via phone or text at 404.495.5591, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  5. Children Policy: For the comfort and peaceful experience of all our patients, we kindly ask that children not accompany patients to treatment appointments to maintain a serene environment in both the treatment rooms and the lobby. This allows us to focus entirely on providing you with the best care possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  6. Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of all our patients, pets are not permitted in our facility. Service animals are always welcome.
