Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey to you. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping option.

During certain seasons, high order volumes may lead to slight delays in processing and shipping times. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship, and check your email for updates. If an item is back-ordered, we will contact you via email. In this case, the item is expected to be restocked within 7-10 days. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing us!

Return Policy

We hope you love your new skincare products, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Return Eligibility: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, all parts, pieces, promotional items, and original packaging must be included. Products should not be altered and must contain at least 50% of the original product.

3. Free Gifts: If your order included a free gift, you are welcome to keep it. However, if a free gift is not returned with the main purchase, we may charge your account for its full retail value.

• Returns are only eligible for store credit, and we do not offer refunds.
